A booking payment is required to confirm the booking and secure the agreed appointment or project start.

The amount of the booking payment and the payment terms depend on the selected service and will always be communicated before booking.

Once the booking payment has been received, ÉCRU Studio confirms the booking and provides the relevant next steps.

The booking payment forms part of the total agreed price. The remaining balance is paid according to the terms agreed for the individual service.

For projects where the scope develops during the collaboration, additional services or elements may be added. Any additional costs will always be discussed and approved before the additional work begins.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let ÉCRU Studio know as early as possible. A new date is subject to availability.

Failure to attend an agreed appointment without prior notice is treated as a cancellation.

If a confirmed booking or project is cancelled, payments already made may be applied towards work already completed, costs already incurred or other losses resulting from the cancellation, in accordance with applicable law.

Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

The client and all participants commit to respectful conduct, active cooperation and following the creative guidance provided during the session.

ÉCRU Studio reserves the right to pause or end the session in cases of disruptive or disrespectful behaviour, unsafe conditions, lack of cooperation or repeated refusal to follow direction.

A late arrival by the client results in a correspondingly shortened shoot time. An extension of the appointment cannot be guaranteed.

In cases of illness, emergency or unforeseeable circumstances affecting either the client or ÉCRU Studio, a replacement appointment will be arranged whenever possible.

There is no claim to compensation for circumstances outside of reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Clients receive a private proofing gallery and may select their favourite images according to their chosen collection. Additional images may be purchased separately.

All editing is carried out in the natural, elegant and artistic style of ÉCRU Studio.

Basic editing includes: colour correction · exposure adjustments · natural skin retouching · temporary blemish removal · removal of minor distractions.

Extensive retouching such as body reshaping, feature alterations, complex object removal or background replacement is not included and may incur additional fees.

The Photographer's editing style is part of the creative work. Additional revision requests beyond the included editing may be subject to an additional charge. Retouching requests outside the ÉCRU Studio style may be declined.

RAW files and unedited images are not delivered.

Final images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery.

Delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on current workload.

The number of final edited images depends on the selected session or collection.

Brand and creative projects may begin with an agreed starting scope and develop during the collaboration.

Additional elements - such as further photography, design, social media materials, print materials, website elements or other creative services - can be added where needed.

Any additional work and its price will always be agreed with the client before it is added to the project. This means that a project does not need to include every possible element from the beginning.

Final files are delivered once the corresponding outstanding balance has been paid. Editable source or working files are not included unless specifically agreed.

Items or services purchased specifically for a client - such as printing, flowers, cakes, personalised elements, materials or other third-party services - may require payment before they are ordered. Any such costs will be discussed and approved beforehand.

Once a custom order has been placed, the corresponding costs may no longer be refundable where they cannot be recovered from the supplier.

Styled Moments and event services are created according to the individually agreed concept and selected elements.

Materials, flowers and other styling elements may vary slightly depending on availability while maintaining the agreed visual direction.

Changes or additional elements that affect the price will always be discussed before they are added.

The selected rental items, rental period, price, collection or delivery arrangements and any required security deposit are confirmed individually.

Rental items remain the property of ÉCRU Studio. The client is responsible for taking reasonable care of rented items and returning them in the agreed condition and within the agreed rental period.

Loss or damage beyond normal wear may be charged to the client where the client is responsible for it.

For private photography, the client receives personal usage rights for private, non-commercial use.

Commercial use, resale, editing, filters, AI modification or use for business purposes requires the appropriate commercial usage rights.

For Brand Services, commercial usage rights are based on the individually agreed project.

Copyright remains with ÉCRU Studio or the respective creator unless otherwise agreed.

Publication of client photographs or project materials by ÉCRU Studio - including on the website, social media, portfolio, exhibitions or promotional materials - only takes place where the necessary consent has been given.

Respect for client privacy is a core part of the ÉCRU Studio experience.

ÉCRU Studio carefully stores and backs up delivered photography files for up to 1 month after delivery.

Clients are encouraged to download and safely store their final files after delivery. Permanent storage or long-term archiving cannot be guaranteed.

Gift vouchers can be used for the service or value stated on the voucher.

Any validity period and conditions applicable to the voucher will be stated at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable statutory requirements.

ÉCRU Studio is liable in accordance with applicable German law.

Mandatory statutory liability, including liability for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

Individual agreements made as part of an offer, booking confirmation or project agreement take precedence over these general Terms for the respective service.

Should an individual provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Applicable statutory law applies in its place.

German law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
