ÉCRU checks availability, delivery / setup details and confirms the booking.
Confirm & secure your booking
Once availability is confirmed, you'll receive the final rental details, payment information and refundable security deposit.

How your pieces reach you
Every rental starts with a request. Together we decide how the pieces reach you - and you see all costs before you book.
Collect your pieces at the studio in Lehrte near Hannover at the agreed time - free of charge.
We bring the pieces to your venue in the region. Delivery costs depend on the distance and are confirmed before booking.
Delivery plus professional setup and styling on site - so everything stands exactly as planned when your guests arrive.
Selected, shipping-friendly pieces can be sent anywhere in Germany. You return them by post after your event.
Selected pieces only
Shipping is only offered for pieces marked “Shipping available”. Shipping and return shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated before booking. Dispatch and arrival are agreed individually - we plan a safe buffer before your event, but cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.
