Can I rent only one Ready-to-Rent set?

Yes. Every set can be booked on its own - you simply choose the set and your date.

Can I personalise a Ready-to-Rent set?

Selected sets offer small predefined personalisation - a name, a date, short wording or an available colour variation. The options are shown on each set page.

How do I receive my rental pieces?

You choose one of four options in your request: pickup at the studio in Lehrte, delivery by ÉCRU, delivery with setup by ÉCRU, or - for selected pieces - shipping within Germany. The available options are shown on each product page.

Question 4

Which rental products can be shipped?

Accepted Answer

Only pieces marked “Shipping available” on their product page can be shipped. These are compact, robust pieces that travel well - for example signs, small styling details or lightweight backdrops. Large backdrops, pedestals and fragile items are available for pickup or local delivery only.

When will the shipped products arrive?

We dispatch early enough before your event so the pieces arrive in good time. The exact dispatch and arrival dates are agreed individually with you. We plan a safe buffer, but cannot guarantee a specific carrier delivery date.

Question 6

When must shipped products be returned?

Accepted Answer

Normally, the return shipment is handed in on the next business day (Monday–Friday) after your event. Example: Saturday wedding → return shipment on Monday. If you need a different arrangement, just let us know - exceptions can be agreed individually.

How are shipping and return shipping costs calculated?

Individually - depending on size, weight and destination. Both the outbound shipping and the return shipping are listed as separate lines in your offer, so you know all costs before you book.

How does the return process work?

Pack the pieces carefully in the original packaging and use the return details included with your order. Hand the parcel in on the next business day after your event. Once the pieces arrive, we check them and release your security deposit.

Is a security deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ready-to-Rent orders require a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the selected rental set and is confirmed before booking. The deposit is returned after all rented pieces have been returned and checked.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can - weekends and popular dates are booked first. For personalised details or shipping, please allow a little extra time.

Are rentals available for professionals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We also work with photographers, stylists, decorators and other creative professionals. Professional pricing is available on request - just send us your business details when you enquire.
